LEVEL 2 FIRE SAFETY QUALIFICATION
Level 2 Fire Safety Qualification is needed for anyone within the workplace that is involved in the management of fire safety. Delegates gaining this qualification will know that fire safety is the responsibility of everyone and will recognise the causes of fire as well as knowing the common hazards in the workplace. In addition they will also know the steps in a fire risk assessment and how to reduce the likelihood of fires.

Level 2 Fire Safety Qualification Entry requirements
To register for this fire safety online qualification, delegates must be 14 years of age or above. It is also recommended that delegates have a minimum of level 1 in English or equivalent. For multiple delegates please contact us as we can offer discounted rates.
How it works?
On registering with us you will be issued with your login details to the portal. You do not need to sit in a classroom for a full day with us, you just need access to the internet. The course is carried out in your own time at your own pace. On enrolment your allocated tutor will contact you to discuss the process and platform and they will provide you with the support in order to achieve the Level 2 Award in the Principles of Fire Safety. When you are ready for the assessment they will discuss the options available to you; examination can be carried out in a classroom or remotely.
How is this Level 2 Fire Safety Qualification Assessed?
Delegates are assessed by a 20-question multiple-choice examination that must be completed within 45 minutes. Successful delegates will have to demonstrate knowledge across the unit content and correctly answer 12 questions or more to achieve a pass for this fire safety qualification.
On successful completion of the Level 2 Fire Safety qualification, delegates may wish to continue their development by undertaking Level 2 Award Health and Safety within the Workplace (RQF).
