LEVEL 6 NVQ DEMOLITION SITE MANAGEMENT
Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Demolition provides a nationally recognised qualification for demolition site managers and site supervisors working in the demolition industry. You need to achieve this demolition qualification to apply for your CCDO Black Card. There are no entry requirements however candidates must be working in a demolition managerial role.
Prices range from £1,700.00 to £2,400.00 per candidate depending on where your demolition sites are in the UK from our centre and our assessor locations for this NVQ in Demolition Site Management Qualification. We cover all areas of the UK for our demolition qualifications and we do offer discounted rates for employers with more than one candidate on any of our demolition NVQs aslong as they are on the same site. For this Level 6 Demolition NVQ candidates need to demonstrate their skills, knowledge and understanding against the standards set out in this Level 6 Demolition qualification. Your allocated tutor will work with you to ensure your portfolio of evidence demonstrates your achievements in all of the learning outcomes and assessment criteria for each unit to ensure you achieve this demolition qualification.
Industry Recognition and Benefits of this Demolition Qualification
On completion of this Demolition Qualification you will qualify to apply for the CCDO Manager Card (CCDO Black Card). In order to obtain your Black CCDO card you must also have a current Health, Safety and Environmental Managers Touch Screen Test (within 24 months), current Asbestos Awareness Certificate (UKATA approved within the last 12 months). If you do require the CCDO black card it is recommended that you attend and successfully pass the NDTG five day course before enrolling on this site management qualification.
When you have completed this Demolition Qualification, Asbestos Awareness, five day NDTG course and Managers Touchscreen Test you can complete the application form to apply for your card. Your demolition qualification will never expire you will just have to renew your card every five years and will be required by the NDTG to attend a site manager refresher course.
Alternatively this Diploma in Demolition will qualify you to apply for the CSCS Black Manager Card and you will need a current Managers Health, Safety and Environmental Touch Screen Test. Please note if your company is an NFDC member you will need to apply for the CCDO Black Card not the CSCS Black Card.

Evidence for this demolition qualification is made up of observations, reflective accounts, assignments, professional discussions, work based products, witness statements, recognition of prior learning, question and answers. Before enrolment with us we ask you to complete the skills test which will advise us of your requirements. Your allocated tutor will then discuss the assessment plan with you along with the process for you to achieve this Level 6 NVQ in Demolition Site Management. You will have instant access to the elearning platform so you can track your progress on registration for any of our demolition qualifications we give you this option.
Entry Requirements for this Demolition Diploma
There are no specific formal entry requirements for this demolition qualification however you must be in a workplace position that allows you to demonstrate your competence in line with the assessment criteria. To obtain your CCDO card you need to successfully complete the 5 day CCDO Managers course which can be booked with Platinum Training.
