As we are an approved centre for qualifications we do require learners personal information during enrolment; name, address, contact details, national insurance number, photographic ID, CV. We may need to disclose this information to awarding organisation and qualification regulators.

  • Accounts purposes including sage and external accountants

Under some circumstances, we may be required to disclose or share your information without your consent for legal purposes if required; courts, police or other legal matters.

We operate a need to know basis meaning access to your personal information is strictly controlled. We are audited throughout the year by our Awarding Body to ensure all our systems and procedures comply. All team members are trained in confidentiality and data protection procedures, our systems are internally audited at regular intervals throughout the year.

We keep your personal information in line with our General Data Protection Policy, all learners are issued with this during enrolment and employers can access this via the online portal.

In certain circumstances, we have a statutory obligation to keep your personal information for a set period of time, for example, financial information for financial auditing purposes, awarding body, qualification regulator.

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.
