Duration of the Management and Leadership Qualifications

You have twelve months to twenty months of full support to complete your NVQ Management. The total duration to achieve your management qualification is dependent on how quickly you can gather the relevant evidence and the time you can dedicate. Delegates achieve their qualification from three months to twelve months, it is dependant on your time and how long you have been in your current role.

You have 12-24 months to complete dependant on the level of management NVQ you register on. Besides this, you have unlimited support during this time and can contact your assessor by telephone, email or via the online portal most importantly 7 days a week. Your allocated assessor will work with you throughout your learning journey which will consist of weekly/monthly reviews. There are no examinations and it is impossible to fail, you are either competent or not yet competent. Your assessor will guide you through until completion of your management and leadership qualification. To achieve any of the leadership qualifications you must demonstrate your skills, knowledge and understanding by completing the necessary units. There are many optional units to choose from so the qualification can be tailored around your personal management role.

Process to achieve your management NVQ – portfolio of evidence

Once eligibility has been confirmed we will enrol you on our elearning portal within 24 hours and your allocated assessor will be in touch with you to arrange a convenient time for your induction.

Assessment methods include production of work based products, witness statements, knowledge questions, reflective accounts, observation/s and professional discussions.
